BOOST for Academic Promotion
BOOST for Academic Promotion is the mentoring program designed to support applicants
applying for academic promotion at RMIT.
It connects academics thinking about applying for promotion with colleagues who can
provide advice and support during the process.
Mentees will be Level B, C and D academics who are thinking aboutapplying for the annual promotion round
Mentors will be academics at Levels C, D and E who have been
successfully been promoted at RMIT
