Apply here to join as a Student-Mentee or Industry Mentor for the 2026 Spring-Summer intake (commencing October) of the RMIT Career Mentoring Program.

Student-Mentees are required to complete a Career Mentoring Onboarding session to be eligible for the program.

Mentors are industry professionals with 2+ years' experience. As a Career Mentor you will guide, inspire and encourage mentees in their professional development.

Mentee

As a Mentee, you are a current student (or recent grad) who wants guidance and advice to build your network, plus develop the skills, insight and confidence to begin your career journey.
