BOOST mentors are staff members who are willing to dedicate the time and make the commitment to guide and advise their mentees. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

BOOST mentees can be any staff seeking guidance and advice on one of the topics currently identified on the platform. As a mentee, you can expect to strengthen and build your networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.

Please note: We are currently piloting the program. As we mature in our mentoring program, we will be able to expand the range of topics on offer.
